Dr. Wullaert is a materials scientist with extensive R&D, project management and entrepreneurial experience, particularly in the nuclear and water treatment industries. He is the founder or co-founder of six small high tech companies involved in water technology, materials research, image processing, and alternative medicine.
Dr. Wullaert was a Division Chief at Battelle-Columbus, where he was responsible for nuclear materials research, hot cell operations and nuclear waste handling. As a senior engineer at SAIC, he advised top level DOE and NRC staff on nuclear waste storage and transportation.
Over the last twenty years, he has worked closely with the Japanese on advanced water treatment technologies and is considered a U.S. expert on functional water. He is currently using these technologies in the water treatment, sustainable housing, health and mining areas.
